DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

It is advisable to book an appointment before coming in to see us as we would really like to talk to you about your gown. When you’re not here we are busy manufacturing dream dresses or dealing with other brides and want to be able to focus on you when you are here for your appointment. Please feel free to call, text or email to make that appointment.

WHAT DOES A CONSULTATION INVOLVE?

At your first consultation you may want to try on our range of exclusive gowns but the goal of our first consultation is to establish how Jopanni Bridal can help you. During the first design consultation we will be discussing, designing, planning all aspects of the dream gown you wish to wear on your special day.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Once the price of your gown has been confirmed we request a deposit before starting to make of your dress. This is a set percentage of the price of the gown. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or online payment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY GOWN?

As we manufacture our gowns here we have some flexibility in this area but please give us as much time as possible so there is less rushing. We need to book your dress in so that we are able to make everyone’s gowns. Giving us more time ensures we will have the appropriate laces or fabrics available.

MY WEDDING IS STILL A YEAR AWAY; IS IT TOO EARLY TO START LOOKING FOR MY WEDDING DRESS NOW?

No, it is never too early to start looking for your wedding dress. The sooner the better.

WHAT ABOUT ALTERATIONS?

If you are purchasing a gown the fittings are included in the original price. You will be informed along the way if there is any additional cost incurred since your original quoted price. If we are altering a gown which has been provided by you we will quote for this separately.

CAN I BUY A WEDDING DRESS FROM YOU WITHOUT VISITING YOUR SHOWROOM?

Yes. We have already successfully sold wedding dresses online, by email, and over the phone. During this process we establish a dialogue with you to ensure that you get a dream gown that is exactly what you want. Please email us so we can insure we get the correct information need to purchase your gown.

IS IT OK TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OF SOME OF THE WEDDING GOWNS?

Please advise us if you need a photo for some reason, otherwise we kindly ask for no photographs to be taken of the wedding dresses in our showroom.
